Visitors to Spain on a Visa Abroad or Visa to a third country visa (or otherwise called a 'permanent resident card') should be aware of the requirements for residency. Most countries require an employment agreement form to be signed and once this has been done, the visitor is permitted to reside permanently in the country of his/her choice. In Spain, you are required to sign a form confirming that you are over 18 years of age. To work, a foreigner must have a job offer from a company registered in Spain. The form to be signed should state the company's name, contact details and what is being offered. After signing this form, the visitor will then need to fill in a work permit application form which has to be filled out by the employer with reference to the job offer.
